  • This DIY-option is for you if you are someone who would be better served executing your protocol on your own, after some guidance from me.

    Included:

    — Initial Zoom Consultation, 90 minutes

    — Personalized protocol

    — Two (2) 30-minute follow-up Zoom appointments, as needed, within 6 months of purchase date

    Package and all that is included expires six (6) months after purchase date.

  • This program is for you if you’re looking for accountability and continuous feedback throughout the duration of the 3 months.

    Options for stool and blood testing are available but billed separately. Supplements also billed separately.

    Included:

    — Initial Zoom Consultation, 90 minutes

    — Personalized protocol

    — Six (6) 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up Zoom appointments

    — One (1) 15-minute exit meeting

    Package and all that is included expires six (6) months after purchase date.

  • This option focuses heavily on fixing disrupted digestion, eradicating gut infections, and avoiding food sensitivity triggers. Specific and unique steps are involved to fully heal and seal the gut to address a variety of problems and symptoms. This is a deep-dive and requires focused, intentional work on behalf of the client.

    This is for you if you’ve struggled long term with hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, digestive troubles, autoimmunity, chronic infections or conditions, and/or blood sugar dysregulation.

    Pricing includes the cost of stool and blood testing (a total of $1080) but any supplements required per protocol will be billed separately.

    Included:

    — GI-MAP stool kit and MRT food sensitivity blood kit, to be performed as soon as possible

    — Initial Zoom Consultation, 90 minutes

    — Personalized protocol

    — Lab Review Call, 90 minutes

    — Thirteen (13) 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up Zoom appointments

    — One (1) 15-minute exit meeting

    Package and all that is included expires nine (9) months after purchase date.

  • Testing options can be added to the Independent Implementation and/or the 3-Month Basic programs. The price of the test and the price of a lab review would be added to the base prices of these programs. All other details remain the same as listed.
